Pipe installation for Dubai residential and commercial properties

Whether you’re adding a bathroom, extending a kitchen, fitting out a new commercial unit, or replacing an ageing pipe system in an older villa, AquaFix plans and installs your pipework correctly from the start. That means the right pipe material for each application, joints made properly, and every run pressure tested before the walls go back up or the fixtures are connected.

We install all types of domestic and light commercial pipework using materials suited to the application and the water conditions in Dubai:

  • PPR pipe installation for high-temperature or recirculation systems
  • PVC waste and drainage pipe installation and connection
  • Isolator valve and service point installation throughout
  • Full pressure testing and commissioning on completion

Call to discuss your project — we’ll advise on the best approach and pipe specification before you commit.

Our pipe installation process

Good pipework starts with a clear plan. We don’t start cutting or chasing until we’ve agreed the routing with you and confirmed the right materials for your system:

  1. 1

Survey the route, agree pipe specification and provide a fixed price

  2. 2

Chase walls or prepare surface route as agreed

  3. 3

Install pipework, fittings, isolators and connection points

  4. 4

Pressure test the complete run before commissioning fixtures

Works documentation provided on request — useful for handover and future maintenance.

Pipe Installation FAQs

CPVC is our standard recommendation for most residential supply lines in Dubai. It handles both hot and cold water, is resistant to the local water chemistry, and has a proven track record in the UAE climate. For high-temperature recirculation systems or situations where CPVC isn’t suitable, we use PPR. We advise specifically for each project rather than defaulting to whatever is cheapest.
Yes. This is one of the most common installation jobs we carry out. We assess how to connect the new bathroom to the existing supply and waste system with the minimum disruption to the rest of the property, install all the pipework, and test everything before the space is tiled or fitted.
Yes, always. For any new pipe installation we pressure test the complete run before we consider the job finished. This is essential on new builds and extensions because finding a leak after walls or tiles are in place is far more expensive and disruptive than testing at the rough-in stage.
Yes. We regularly work as part of a wider renovation team, coordinating with your main contractor on access and programme. We schedule our rough-in work to align with the build sequence so the plumbing is ready when it needs to be, and we return for final fixture connections once the finishes are in place.
We supply all pipe materials and fittings as part of the job. The cost is included in your fixed price quote. If you have a preference for a specific brand or specification, let us know and we’ll confirm whether it’s appropriate for your system before ordering.
